The Physical IQ National Certificate in Fitness ticks all the boxes for the aspiring Fitness professional.
 
The Physical IQ National Certificate and Diploma in Fitness are accredited by the Department of Education and CATHSSETA. Physical IQ courses are accredited with REPSSA (the governing body for Fitness in SA) and are recognized by all major gyms, both locally and abroad.
 
Physical IQ Personal training courses include both theory and practical elements.

Assessment: Full Time Study
Each module has the following:
• Online Quiz
• Class test
• Portfolio Task
• 2 Practical Tests are performed throughout the year
• A final theoretical exam will take place at the end of the year
• A final practical exam will take place at the end of the year
• A portfolio of evidence with each modules task must be submitted PRIOR to the examinations
• A workplace logbook detailing shadowing and supervised hours must be submitted with the portfolio of evidence
